Four Year Plan

The first year of the project focused on optimizing the LCM workflow for diverse cell types and on testing oligo-based whole genome microarrays. Each dataset will consist of at least 4 acceptable replicates (correlation coefficients >0.9) of microarray profiles of a specific cell type or stage, the accompanying anatomical annotation, and the TIFF image files of the original hybridizations. The schedule for delivery of datasets is as follows:

  1. Year 1 -- 10 datasets (15k element microarray)

  2. Year 2 -- 25 datasets (15k element microarray)

  3. Year 3 -- 50 datasets (40k element microarray)

  4. Year 4 -- 50 datasets (40k element microarray, and 60k array)
